Media: President of Syria has congratulated Iran on lifting of sanctions

The beginning of the nuclear agreement is a great achievement of Iran that can be considered as the model of the nation's efforts to achieve its goal, the message sent by Syrian President Bashar Assad to Iranian President Hassan Rouhani reports.
