Media: Russian athletes are not allowed to compete indoors at the World Cup-2016

Russian athletes won't be able to take part in the Indoor Athletics World Cup Competitions in 2016, Reuters reports, referring to sources.

Recall that the World Cup–2016 is to be held in the US city of Portland from 17th to 20th of March 2015.
