According to mass media, the head of Iranian ministry of Oil Min Bijan Zanganeh will participate in the negotiations of the Petroleum Exporting Countries, which are to take place in Doha on April 17th.
At the same time Iran has no plans to agree about the production freezing, RIA Novosti reports, referring to Bloomberg.
