The Russian Culture Minister Vladimir Medinsky and other prominent Russian cultural figures arrived Thursday in Palymra, International Business Times reported.
Medinsky is accompanied by the Hermitage Director Mikhail Piotrovsky and the St. Petersburg House of Music director, the cellist and conductor Sergey Roldugin.
