Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, speaking at the forum of compatriots "In unity with Russia", supported the proposal of its participants to hold the International Congress of Russian Compatriots in Crimea.
"I think it's a good idea, if you will support it," he said.
Prime Minister also assured that Moscow will protect all compatriots from discrimination and harassment in any part of the world.
