Medvedev: Mobile communications should be available in every village

Today, at a meeting with activists of the regional branch of the party United Russia, Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has said that mobile masts in the country should be everywhere and it is the responsibility of mobile operators.

"Mobile operators have to plan the costs for mobile equipment in order to build masts in all the places where people live. Moreover, we gave them a system of benefits," Gazeta.ru cites him as saying.
