Russia's Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said that the mechanism for ensuring the country's macroeconomic stability has proven its resistance to external shocks.
"The construction of macroeconomic stability created by us has proved its resistance to any external shocks," Medvedev said at a meeting of the board of the Russian Finance Ministry, TASS reported.
