Medvedev: "United Russia" should win at fair September elections

Chairman of the "United Russia" party, Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said that September election campaign in the regions should be an example of a fair competition.

"Obviously, our party should preserve and, if possible, strengthen its positions," he said.
