The anti-crisis plan for 2016 includes measures to develop the Russian economy in the medium term, Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said.
Fulfilling social obligations and maintaining an acceptable situation on the labour market remain priorities of the anti-crisis plan. There is no raising of the pension age among the proposed measures, Medvedev added.
