Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has signed a decree, according to which 40 Sevastopol historical and cultural monuments have received the status of cultural heritage objects of federal importance.
"The Ministry of Culture was instructed to include these objects in the state register of cultural heritage objects (monuments of history and culture) of the peoples of Russia," RIA Novosti cites the explanatory note to the decree.
