Opening the government meeting, Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said the budget for the next three years would be surplus.
Like this year, it "will not be just balanced," but "surplus for all three years," the head of the Cabinet noted.
He emphasized that the instability in world markets was taken into account during the development of the federal budget parameters, thus, the mechanism of the budget rule was preserved, which allows reducing the influence of external factors.
