Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev is going to spend the New Year's holidays in Sochi.
"I will go to Sochi. Where else? It’s good there. The snow has fallen, the temperature is fine, it’s below zero at night now, so the ski season may be opened. There is a lot of snow. People ski on the full swing," RIA Novosti cited him as saying.
The Prime Minister noted that the popularity of the Sochi ski resorts has increased significantly "after a triumphant Olympic Games". In addition, it is influenced by the economic conditions.
