At a meeting with candidates for the Supreme and the General Council of the United Russia party, Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev urged to use the period of low oil prices in order to rebuild the country's economy.
"It is necessary to take advantage of this difficult moment and really change the structure of the Russian economy,'' Interfax cites him as saying.
According to the Prime Minister, Russia "is not in the best position, but also not in the worst.''
