Meeting of Normandy Quartet ends in Paris

The meeting of the leaders of the Normandy Quartet, dedicated to discussion of the settlement in the east of Ukraine, has come to an end at the Elysee Palace in Paris. 

Vladimir Putin, Francois Hollande, Petro Poroshenko, and Angela Merkel had a conversation in a narrow format during an hour and then started negotiations in the extended format.
