"Relations between Iran and Russia, which throughout history have been the main thing on the agenda of diplomatic activity between the two countries, in recent years, for various reasons, have become one of the major questions of world politics, attracting the attention of international analysts and observers. Similarly, in Iran: experts and analysts monitor a variety of events and changes in Russian foreign policy with great attention, analyzing relationships between the two countries," he wrote.
"The opinions and common positions of the two countries on many regional and global issues, as well as regular consultations between them on these matters, which are held against the background of changes and accelerations in bilateral relations, are now becoming of key importance," the diplomat explained.
