First Vice-President of Azerbaijan Mehriban Aliyeva shared a post on her official social media page congratulating Azerbaijani paraathlete Lamiya Valiyeva on winning a gold medal at the Paris 2024 Summer Paralympic Games.
"Hooray! Another victory! Four-time world champion Lamiya Valiyeva won a gold medal at the Paris 2024 Summer Paralympic Games! I sincerely congratulate our athlete! I express my gratitude to all the winners for the joy they have brought to the Azerbaijani fans!" the post reads.
