The President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, the First Lady of Azerbaijan Mehriban Aliyeva, has sent a letter to French President Francois Hollande and the French people, expressing her condolences over the terrorist attacks that took place in Paris.
‘’I am deeply shocked by the news of the numerous victims of the terrorist attacks in Paris. Terrorism, which aims at democratic values, human rights and freedoms, particularly innocent people, is a crime against all humanity. In connection with the tragedy I express my deepest condolences to you, the families and relatives of the dead and all the people of France, I wish recovery to the injured," the letter of the First Lady of Azerbaijan reads.
