A monument to the honoured worker of arts of Dagestan, director and choreographer Lev Manakhimov will be erected in Derbent in the courtyard of the Jasmine children's art club.
"Today, the project of the monument was presented to the city administration by an honorary member of the Russian Academy of Arts, People's Artist of Dagestan Magomed-Ali Aliyev. The monument will be a human-sized figure of a dancer," the press service of the city administration informs.
