Places for the organization of protests have been determined in Sevastopol: the Khrustalny promontory, the central square of Victory Park and Liberty Square. It is prohibited to organize demonstrations in any other part of the city. The corresponding decree was signed yesterday by the governor of Sevastopol, Sergey Menyailo.
According to him, the main reason for such a step is concern for the safety of citizens.
