The European Union still does not have a long-term solution to the migration problem, German Chancellor Angela Merkel said.
She recalled that Germany, along with Italy, received a lot of migrants, but "we still do not have a long-term solution to this problem. Unfortunately, not all European countries bear responsibility equally," Merkel noted.
