German Chancellor Angela Merkel, in an interview with Deutschlandfunk radio station, urged not to jump to conclusions about the success of the meeting of the Normandy Quartet leaders, which was held on Friday.
"There is slight progress: the ceasefire regime has been working better since early September, and we agreed on some things. I want to talk about success only after it is achieved. On paper, we have agreed on quite good steps, but we also have to see whether they can be implemented and whether they will be implemented, including by the separatists," RIA Novosti quoted her as saying.
