German Chancellor Angela Merkel believes that her political experience will allow her to successfully lead the German government for the fourth time.
Answering the questions of Germany's residents, she agreed with the statement that the longer the politician remains in power, the better he rules.
"I decided to run for the next four years," she recalled, adding that her experience, strength, curiosity and joy will help her during these four years, RIA Novosti reported.
The office has been held by Angela Merkel since 2005. Federal elections will be held in Germany on 24 September 2017 to elect the members of the 19th Bundestag.
