Germany considers it necessary to prevent illegal migration to Europe by creating a legislative base. This was announced by German Chancellor Angela Merkel after talks with Prime Minister of Turkey Ahmet Davutoglu.
"Now we need to prepare a legal base to receive refugees. We want to prevent illegal immigration into Europe,'' she noted. According to Merkel, the goal is not to leave Turkey alone "to deal with the refugees, and we need to find a quick and effective solution to this problem for Turkey."
In addition, the Chancellor said that Germany plans "to receive refugees from Turkey as legal migrants,'' Tass reports.
