The European Union will continue to tighten sanctions against Russia, German Chancellor Angela Merkel said today during a joint meeting with President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko.
"As the Minsk agreements haven't been fulfilled in full measure we will have to continue sanctions against Russia," Merkel said, adding that sanctions against the Russian Federation would be cancelled after fulfillment of the Minsk-2 agreements.
