It is necessary to resume the military cooperation between NATO and Russia, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said, speaking at the Munich Security Conference.
The Minister said that yesterday NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg could not say about the readiness of the alliance to take this step, and ‘’it's sad, because without practical cooperation, any meeting of diplomats will not have any sense with regard to the security problems", the minister stressed.
