Russian President Vladimir Putin has approved a list of educational instructions following a meeting with students of the North Caucasus Federal University, which took place this year on January 25th. The corresponding document is available on the President's website.
The Ministry of Defense was instructed to deal with the issue of establishing a military department at the university, Tass reports.
