The Chief of the Armenian Defense Ministry's armament department, General Mels Chilingaryan, as well colonels Mher Papyan and Armen Margaryan were arrested in Armenia.
The arrests were part of two separate criminal cases, including accepting low quality supplies and purchasing goods at inflated prices.
Another military man from the department of armament, Colonel Davit Abrahamyan was earlier charged with abuse of power., Trend reports.
