A 55-year-old man was blown up by a mine in in Aghdaban village in Azerbaijan's Kalbajar on July 19.
The 55-year-old Khalifa Huseynov was in Aghdaban village for agricultural work.
Officers of the police department of Kalbajar district were involved at the scene. The victim was taken to the hospital with a serious health condition.
An investigation into this fact is being conducted.
