Minimum monthly wage to be increased in Russia by 21%

Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has stated in his speech at the plenary session of the forum of United Russia in St. Petersburg about an increase in the minimum wage by 21%.

"As chairman of the party and Prime Minister I would like to inform you: I have made a decision to set the minimum monthly wage in the amount of 7,500 this year since July 1st, increasing it by almost 21%,'' RBC reports.
