A fire broke out in the Russian Defense Ministry building in Moscow at 19 Znamenka.
The head of the Moscow central board of the Emergencies Ministry, Ilya Denisov, assigned the fifth, highest category of difficulty to the fire.
Damaged electrical wiring is presumed to have caused the fire, Interfax reports.
