Many officers of the Armenian army have submitted resignation reports, Deputy Minister of Defense of the Republic Arman Sargsyan said, speaking at a meeting of the Permanent Parliamentary Commission on Defense and Security.
According to him, this trend is still relevant. "However, we are taking steps to replenish the staff. As of the day of my appointment, the link of the platoon commander and company commander was more understaffed than now", he said, noting that the resignation of military personnel is a normal phenomenon.
