The Russian Emergencies Ministry's Office in Moscow warned residents and guests of the capital of a strong wind.
”On 9 p.m., April 11, in Moscow, an increase of the north-west wind is expected with gusts up to 12-17 meters per second," the report reads.
The department called on to bypass billboards and rickety structures on the streets, and also not to hide under the trees. Drivers are advised to park cars away from trees and weakly fortified structures.
