Russian Emergencies Minister Vladimir Puchkov has said that the investigation into the plane crash over Sinai corresponds to all the requirements of international regulations.
"All the structures which carried out an on-site inspection strictly complied with all the requirements of the international regulation,’’ Interfax cites him as saying.
