Russia is currently actually forming a new system for the transportation of energy resources, since the former one is no longer valid. Changing logistics will benefit most of the world's population.
The alternative system for the supply of energy resources, which Russia is currently working on, will benefit the majority of global population, the First Deputy Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation said.
Pavel Sorokin stressed that Russia, as a reliable partner, will continue to supply energy resources as usual. As a result, the official specified, there is a great chance, to create an alternative system that will benefit both the Russian Federation and over 7 bln people around the globe.
Destruction of the old oil transportation system
The official explained that due to the destruction of the oil transportation system established over the past few decades, logistics routes have significantly lengthened - however, for a market economy, maximum efficiency and minimization of logistics costs are a priority.
The first deputy minister called the high cost of delivering oil from Russia to foreign markets a temporary phenomenon.
