The head of North Ossetia, Vyacheslav Bitarov, signed a decree appointing Kazbek Tsarikaev as an acting finance minister of the republic.
Previously, this post was held by Oleg Isakov, who left the office at his own request. The duties of the head of the Ministry of Finance were performed by Isakov's deputy Oksana Karova, Kavkaz Segodnya reports.
