Minsk may become a platform for the meeting of the presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan, the Ambassador of Belarus to Armenia Igor Nazaruk said today.
''It is necessary to hold negotiations in order to resolve such issues as the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, not in hot, but cold mode,'' the diplomat said.
"The OSCE Minsk Group is aimed at this. I am convinced that the only right way is negotiations and a calm dialogue without any transition to the ''hot'' phase,’’ News.am cites Nazaruk.
