Mircea Lucescu stays in Turkey

Romanian football coach Mircea Lucescu will continue to train Turkey's naional team, his agent Arkady Zaporojanu said.

Turkey appointed 72-year-old Mircea Lucescu as their head coach in August, three days after Fatih Terim’s departure. 

Lucesu was previously appointed as the coach of Galatasaray in 2000 and Beşiktaş in 2002. He was also the manager of Shakhdar Donetsk in 2004 and more recently Zenit Saint Petersburg, a post he left in May 2017.
