International terrorism has declared war on Russia and the whole world, the leader of the A Fair Russia party, Sergei Mironov, said during a meeting of members of the Federation Council and State Duma deputies.
"A Fair Russia addresses all social-democratic parties of the world – the terrorist international must be destroyed! It is necessary to undermine the financial base of the terrorists. It is necessary to destroy the sites of oil production in areas controlled by insurgents, disrupt their payment systems, as well as to provide all the possible impact on those who support terrorists, supplying them with equipment or preparing militants," the deputy said.
In his opinion, it is also necessary to strengthen the Syrian army, to establish supply of aviation and organize accelerated training of Syrian soldiers at Russian institutions.
"It is necessary to introduce the death penalty for terrorists and their accomplices, as well as to review the measures of material and moral encouragement for citizens who help to stop the activities of terrorist groups on the territory of Russia," Sergey Mironov concluded.
