Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev criticized the process of preparing the country for the upcoming Summer Olympics.
The President was shown a presentation on the preparations for the Olympic Games in Tokyo. It is noted that special conditions were created for the training of Uzbek athletes, highly qualified specialists were attracted, hundreds of training camps were organized.
However, Mirziyoyev called the preparation process unsatisfactory.
The head of the republic instructed to improve the activities of the federations and to develop individual programs for each sport to improve the physical, medical and psychological training of the athletes.
