Azerbaijan and Russia will sign a document regulating the inter-operator settlements in the provision of international telecommunication services, Azerbaijani Deputy Minister for High Technologies, Iltimas Mamedov, said.
"We already have the preliminary agreement and hope that the document will be signed within the exhibition BakuTel-2015, where the issue will be discussed with the other countries of Central Asia," Trend cited Mamedov as saying.
A draft agreement on the terms of the inter-operator settlements in the provision of international telecommunication services in CIS countries was signed on October 30, 2015 in Tajikistan within the framework of the session of the Council of CIS Heads of Governments.
