Azerbaijan is monitoring the process of transferring territories using the latest technological capabilities, Hikmet Hajiyev, assistant to the President of Azerbaijan, head of the foreign policy department, said at a press-briefing.
"Using the technological capabilities that Azerbaijan possesses, the process of transferring territories is closely monitored so that the obligations are timely fulfilled," he said.
According to Hajiyev, the occupation forces destroyed many religious monuments. Significant damage was caused to mosques and cultural and religious sites in the occupied Azerbaijani territories.
