The foreign ministers of the European Union have "unanimously adopted the five principles of establishing relations with Russia,'' the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini said today following the results of the EU Council.
"All 28 member countries unanimously adopted the five principles of EU policy regarding Russia," Tass cites her as saying.
