The European Union is concerned about low progress in conflict resolution related to Transnistria and rising tensions in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Federica Mogherini, said at the 22nd OSCE Ministerial Council.
"The EU is concerned about low progress in conflict resolution related to Transnistria and further the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict," TASS cited her as saying.
