The European Union will be committed to the implementation of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), the nuclear deal signed with Iran in 2015, as long as the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) confirms Tehran's compliance with the deal, EU foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini said, Urdu Point reports.
An informal EU summit is taking place in the Romanian city of Sibiu.
"We remain fully committed to the full implementation of the JCPOA, of the nuclear deal ... So far, we have seen Iran fully compliant with all its nuclear-related commitments under the nuclear deal.
The IAEA will continue to monitor these nuclear-related commitments implementation," Mogherini told reporters.
