Federica Mogherini has confirmed in a conversation with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov that she will visit Moscow, Russia's envoy to the EU Vladimir Chizhov said.
"Our Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov met with EU Foreign Policy Chief Federica Mogherini. They talked for two hours and she confirmed her intention and readiness to visit Moscow," Interfax cited the diplomat as saying.
