The EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Safety Policy Federica Mogherini stated today in her speech at the conference of donor countries on Syria that the conflict in Syria had no military solution.
"Those who think that the conflict has a military solution should wake up. The only way to save Syria and Syrians is to carry out the "road map,'' Tass cites her as saying.
