The EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Vice-President of the European Commission Federica Mogherini, is to visit Azerbaijan and Armenia.
The press secretary of the EC, Maya Kosyanchich, informed today that the head of European diplomacy is to arrive in Azerbaijan on February 29th, and in Armenia on March 1st, News.am reports.
