Mohamed Salah denies Egypt team inner conflict allegations

Liverpool star Mohamed Salah has pleaded for Egyptian unity after seeing his World Cup dream end with Uruguay's win over Saudi Arabia.

Salah was unable to make an impact in Russia after missing the opening game against Luis Suarez's side with injury, the Sun reported.

Numerous sources reported that Egypt's World Cup elimination caused some serious contradictions within the team, however, Salah has commented on the allegations via Twitter. 

"Everyone in the Egyptian team is united and there is no disagreement at all between us. We respect each other and the relationship in the best way,"  Salah wrote in Arabic on his Twitter page
