International rating agency Moody's has included Gazprom and its subsidiary company of Gazprom Neft, as well as Rosneft together with its subsidiary Rosneft International Holdings Limited, Bashneft, Tatneft and the subsidiary of Rosatom Uranium One Inc to the list of Russian companies, as their credit ratings are subject to be revised.
The list contains not only the state-owned companies, but also the Norilsk Nickel, Lukoil, NOVATEK, Metalloinvest, Nord Gold and Siberian Coal Energy Company, the subsidiaries of Severstal.
