Moody's Investors Service has published a new study, where they adjusted its forecast for the period of the recovery of the Russian economy.
Thus, according to analysts’ opinion, the renewed decline in oil prices and the subsequent weakening of the ruble is caused by deepening recession of the Russian economy.
